深沟球轴承 01Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used type of rolling bearing. Their simple structure, low friction and high limiting speed make them suitable for a wide range of applications including electric motors, household appliances, automotive components and precision instruments.
Modern linear-motion bearings use the same working principle as their rotating counterparts, sometimes replacing rollers with balls. The earliest rotating bearing was the plain bush bearing — a simple sleeve between the wheel and the axle — later replaced by rolling bearings that use many cylindrical rollers instead of the bush, with each rolling element acting like a separate wheel.
According to industry statistics, China’s bearing manufacturing sector continues to grow steadily, with rising industrial output value and profitability. The industry is, however, facing challenges such as low production concentration, limited R&D capability and lagging manufacturing technology, which drive continuous investment in automation and heat-treatment processes.
